Join me in sending them congratulations for their incredible work and spirit!

And as always keep an eye on our website www.syracuseopera.org for more details and information .
Set in current-day New York, this filmed opera reimagines La bohème by glorifying rooftops, mattresses, and the grungy, sexy, dirty world of being in your early twenties in the city that never sleeps. This work focuses specifically on Asian, Asian-American, and BIPOC youth and their experiences, creating a poignant subplot of immigration, assimilation, and racism.
“Coffee With The Artists” brings you spontaneous, informal chitchat with the creatives who bring opera to life. It takes place in whatever setting is available before, after, between, or even during rehearsals! The brainchild of Syracuse Opera’s very own Alexandra Deshorties, the series is designed to be a fun little forum to bring our Facebook opera friends into the day-to-day life of a performer. Stay tuned as we talk about how opera intersects with life and– well, just about everything!
A vibrant community of people who love opera, the Aria Society is dedicated to providing support and resources for Syracuse Opera, nurturing talented young singers, and engaging our community with the beauty and wonder of opera.
Consider including Syracuse Opera in your estate plans. Estate gifts of all sizes and varieties help to secure the future of opera in upstate New York.
